Unfortunately we do not accept international orders.
We accept returns on full-priced, non-international orders within 14 days of delivery, and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Please note sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact us at info@lafavreus.com with photos if applicable.
If an exchange or return is permitted, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. The additional shipping costs for the exchange will not be Lafavre’s responsibility. Return Labels can only be provided to US addresses.
Shipping Rates
Our team works hard to process orders quickly therefore, as a result, we cannot make changes to orders after they have been placed. We also cannot make changes to shipping method.

Risk of Loss
All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Lafavre. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Lafavre delivers these items to the carrier.
Invalid Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.
PICK UP
Pick up is available mon-fri 10am-12pm and 1pm-4pm. Order number will be REQUIRED for pick up.
